WoodVibe Furniture: Comprehensive Terms & Conditions
Booking & Advance: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm standard orders. For custom designs, production begins only after the design specifications are signed off and the advance is received.
Price Validity: Quoted prices for custom orders are valid for 60 days. In the event of sudden material price hikes (wood/foam), WoodVibe reserves the right to revise quotes before the advance is paid.
Customization Disclaimer: Custom-made items (specific sizes, fabrics, or carvings) cannot be cancelled or modified once production has reached the assembly stage but minor change may be made.
Authenticity: We use Solid Sheesham/Teak. Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent features of real wood and are not considered defects.
Manual Measurement: As our furniture is handcrafted, a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches in dimensions is standard and acceptable.
Display vs. Reality: Digital screens may slightly alter fabric colors. We encourage customers to visit our Furniture Workshop at Liaquatabad No.4, Karachi if they require a 100% exact color match.
Lead Time: Standard delivery is 15–25 working days. For government or bulk orders, timelines will be as per the agreed contract.
Delivery Inspection: Customers must inspect the item on the spot. Signing the delivery challan confirms the product was received in perfect condition. Later claims for physical damage (scratches/dents) will not be entertained.
Accessibility: Our standard delivery covers ground floor or service elevator access. Extra charges apply for manual lifting to upper floors (staircases).
Storage Fee: If the customer delays delivery by more than 15 days after completion, a storage fee of 1% of the order value per week will apply.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the product is delivered in good condition.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After cutting the matterial, a processing fee (cutting of material and labor charges) will be deducted from the advance.
Custom Orders: These are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Anti-Termite Warranty: We offer a 5 year warranty specifically against termite infestation, provided the furniture is kept in a dry, ventilated environment.
Cushion Warranty: A 2-year warranty against abnormal foam sagging and a 1-year warranty on stitching and structural integrity. .
What is NOT covered: * Damage due to water exposure, direct sunlight, or heaters.
Fading or tearing of upholstery/fabric.
Standard wear and tear from daily use.
Compliance: As an FBR-registered sole proprietor, WoodVibe complies with all government tender requirements, including provided specifications and tax invoicing.
Inspection: For bulk orders, a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) at our workshop is mandatory before final dispatch.
